Inside you will see a sources folder, and inside that there's a.xpm file. Extract that.
Now, open the file you just extracted with 7-Zip. Inside of THAT there's a file called VirtualXPVHD. That's the VHD. Extract it, rename it to like XP.VHD. Run VirtualBox, click New, name the machine, choose how much RAM you want, then in the last step choose Use an existing virtual hard disk file and choose the VHD. You can boot into it.
