Lena is a post-graduate in clinical psychology, and has worked as a clinical psychologist in Mumbai, before she quit her job to enter full time acting. She is married to Abhilash Kumar, a script writer in Malayalam cinema who has some well acclaimed films such as 22 Female Kottayam to his credit.
